edit not work on blogs

Hey Dani. I tried to edit a blog I posted and it just opened a blank page with, <html><body></body></html>.

I found a bug that I had missed that only allowed moderators, super moderators, and the admin (me) to edit blogs. Therefore, I didn't catch the problem on my end since I'm always logged in as me and don't have any blog entries as a regular user. Please test
