I am not sure how that is irrelevant. When someone puts a Website up for sale especially one that looks as good as yours there has to be a reason. I do understand why you won't disclose it on a forum board but you should have put an email address for further inquiries about the matter.

I mean that the poster doesn't want to disclose why they are selling the site for certain reasons such as there are already sites ciaobelly.com and ciaobelli.com.tw . They changed the spelling by one letter which if the two sites are at all similar could lead to legal ramifications.
