TRY MY SUGGESTIONS AT YOUR OWN RISK
Do other alternative first..cheap and easy ways..
Don't take out money from your pocket when you're not so sure that it will solve the problem..

Hi guys,
Sorry for late response, I've reformatted my HDD now. Files probably could of been recovered had i found a free partition recovery tool. Data recovery programs just got corrupted files. Anyways, for the benefit of anyone else that might suffer such a misfortune, this is what i did to get my HDD to mount:
1. Make bootable CD with HDD regenerator on it and ran it (took around 4 hours)
2. Used Vista disk to get into start-up repair.
3. Booted using other HDD and the original HDD now mounts.

Another tip, if the files are important to you DON'T run anything to try and recover files until the HDD mounts.
