Have Updated Site - Please check
I have updated my site and would appreciate some reviews. I know that it does not show properly in firefox yet. It should show up fine with IE. I am looking for some reviews of the layout and content. I appreciate the feedback from everyone and hope everyone has a safe holiday season.
http://www.grpbenefits.net Also does anyone have any suggestions on how to make the survey announcement more appealing?

It looks very plain it might be a help to you to learn how to make sites in programs like photoshop. For example here is a site i made for my counter-strike clan(video game) in photoshop it took me like a half hour. That is just an example of some of the basic things you can do in photoshop.

well im telling you that from first looks it is bad, from second look it is tacky. the navigation bar is sloppy looking. you have graphics thrown around in the page. i wouldn't want to look for info on my employees on a site that has a big tacky tag that says "remember to bookmark this site". the bottom link text is too small. i dont like how the navbar scrolls. there are two sections of color and everything else is blank. and a counter is not very buisness like. if i had too choose which website to goto to find out info on my employees i would rather have the so called look of a "Chilidish game site" than a tacky messed up page. All the other pages are similiar to your opening page with tacky buttons and unorganized html. You should focus on a having an inviting home page so that people wont turn away from your site as soon as they see it. You cannot tell people that they have to goto another page to see how good it is that is not very user orriented. If you want a business like site i think you should look around at how other business's have setup their web pages and not so much copy their style, but just gather ideas. Now that i pretty much ripped your site to peices i would just like to say that i am available for web design services including graphics and simple html. the site i provided was merely an example of what you can do with programs like photoshop i did not intend for you to use that site as a template for your site. I have also designed:

and many various parts of sites and other sites.

If there are any adults in here who are familiar with their health insurance I would like to get your review of this site. This is not a site to look up information about employees. I am trying to see if adults find this useful to obtain claim forms, look up their PPO directories, or check if their RX is on their company formuary.

I have to agree with a lot of points brought up by mike. Although his examples of things you can do are not too much better on a professional stand point. (Mike: How come those are all just big images cut up in pieces and put together in html? Not very practical at all)
What I don't like in more detail:
1. Nothing is lined up. The page feels very messy and has no flow. The user almost has no idea where to look as there are things everywhere in no uniform layout. Try to come up with a layout for the design. Right now its just content thrown everywhere.
2. The top iframe does not fit the content. I have to highlight the area to move it to even see the bottom links. Screenshot: http://www.eboze.com/iframe.gif
How can people navigate if they can't even see all the links?
3. No flow to the site page to page. Each page has a different feel and even design sometimes. Makes the user feel like hes going to a new site each time he clicks a link.
The three above are a good start on the site. You may take Mikes comments above as rude or meaningless but there is truth in there. The site needs a lot of work. I am a 26 year old male and if I went to your site for information I would not even know where to begin. And it looks so thrown together I don't know if I could even take it seriously. Please do not take offense to this.

yes those are all very good points.
to answer your question i made those pages in fireworks and then made the images into slices so i can link them i have a more professional looking web design on my homepage if you choose to enter the html version. that is a template that comes pre installed with dreamweaver and i modified it a little bit.

This is my first post on this site, so I'll be careful. I'll try to remain as 'constructive' as possible.
It's interesting to see the two different perspectives in relation to graphic design between Mike and DeepDrkBrwnEyes. Mike (like most 'gamers') has an eye for design and generally like 'graphic sites'. DeepDrk is more business orientated and therefore is concentrating on content. The advantage of Deepdrk's site for commercial purposes is that being simple, it is relatively fast loading. We all know intensive graphic sites can be a pain when your focus is trying to locate information. I'm a BIG fan of the fast commercial web site designs.
This is where Mike and Kernel have raised valid concerns. The site IS messy to look at. It DOES look like a amatuer effort (at the moment). In a nutshell it doesn't look professional and you seem to be in a professional industry most likely offering 'professional, quality services' - this site is DOING YOU NO FAVOURS.
If you know anything about BRANDING and MARKETING you will know where I am coming from.
I'm not sure why a company with as many services as you offer and in the industry you're in wouldn't pay professional web developers to design your site for you. As you seem to have some knowledge of HTML - you could then maintain the site in the future (or get one with a quality content managment system).
You have the content it wouldn't cost much for a professional to whip something up for you.
Something as simple as setting up style sheets for you (style guide even) to ensure consistency across site. Marketing fundamentals - max of three different fonts (including size) if possible.
My two cents anyway.
