Hello,
Quick question, is there anyway except saving a word doc as a webpage (filtered) to convert a word doc to a webpage.
Thanks.

Yes
but it uses server side processing
known available languages php asp perl python
to parse the .doc file to html, so it is not done in html or css

Edit script states, 'word documents saved in .rtf format'

Failure is not an option It's included free, you don't have to do anything to get it
If at first you dont succeed, join the club
Of course its always in the last place you look, you dont keep looking after you find it

Word itself has a "save as web page" function, but it writes the worst code I ever saw.

There are several ways to do it. Here are a few:

#1. Take the word generated html and use the tool available at http://wordoff.org/ to strip all the dirty html

#2. Use this site http://www.textism.com/wordcleaner/ to clean up your word files directly.

Hope that helps
