Please do not contact me by email or PM for help. We're all volunteers here, and only have so much free time to dedicate to our efforts.
However, if I've been working on a thread with you already, and seem to have "forgotten" your thread, please do send me a message. I try not to let things slip through the cracks, but it does happen sometimes.

I had a hotmail account that was closed without notice in 2003, perhaps someone hacked it or some other problem. I was able to continue using my MSN messenger as long as I remembered the password but I lost it and got locked out of MSN messenger. As there is no support by email or phone I cannot get into my MSN messenger account nor open a new one with a different nick and email address.
How can I use MSN now?

Hi Thirdman....this thread is a couple of months old, so you should really start a new thread, that way your question gets the attention it deserves.
Just click on New Thread at the top of the forum, and post your question there. Good luck!

I'm closing this thread due to the fact that the member who originally started the thread has not responded in over a year.
To all other members who are having similar (or seemingly similar) problems:
Our posting guidelines prohibit "piggybacking" questions on to a thread previously started by another member (regardless of how similar your problem might seem). Not only does it divert the focus of the thread away from the original poster's problem, but it also makes it less likely that you yourself will get the individual attention that you need.
Please start your own thread and post your question there. When you do, please try to give us as much specific info as possible regarding the problem (exact error messages, system specs, etc.).
For a full description of our posting guidelines and general rules of conduct, please see this page:

Thanks for understanding.
