Hey guys,
I am helping out a friend and her computer fails to startup in safe mode while trying to initialize the video driver. Also, there are numerous spywares that are preventing her from installing virus removal software and so below is a hijackthis log that tells everything that is running. What should I remove? I can't remove AV360 because it won't let me install the program. The process runs but I get nothing. I manually removed everything related to AV360, but it still redirects google searches sometimes.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebyt...are_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Download the update from here if you have problems.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Unfortunately, when I tried to install malware bytes, the process would run, but the installer would never show up. Safe mode wouldn't load due to a failure during the initialization of the video driver. So, I just reformatted the whole thing. Thanks guys.
