Python programmer needed urgently!

Hey everyone, i need a python programmer urgently (as you should of already gathered from the title). I need three tasks completing, they inclide: a lexer program, a database modification and some binary functions. I will pay expectionally well and fair if legit. 40% of the money will be paid upfront if i am satisfied with your manor, then an additional 20% of the payment for each completed task - interested? To clarify - 40% up front then for example, completion of task one earns 20%, completion of task 2 earns 20% and completion of task 3 earns 20% of the payment.

hmm thats odd, as people quite often pay for freelance work? i.e. web design, php programming (CMS), in fact many different areas. 0
we are a group of python enthusiasts, we might hire out privately but please dont post it publicly

If you re-read my post you'll notice i ask to be contacted privately, i am just merely posting that i would like to hire someone - absolutely nothing wrong with that, in fact it is quite logical. Now i take it you don't want to offer me your services?
