You input your information and it automatically gives you a folder on his website as well as a phpbb forum.

Is there a publically available script for this?

Try this keyword "NBSdesignz Multi-Forums phpBB" on google. You will see the site provides that script .

I went on the site/forum and it gave a series of links, none of which work.
