I JUST UPGRADE MY PC TO:
MOBO: DX58S0
PROC: I7 CORE 920
6GB OF DDR3
1 TB HD SEAGATE SATA 2
nvidia Geforce FX 9800 GTX+ EXO POINT OF VIEW 512 MB

I HAVE TWO OP SYSTEMS INSTALLED : VISTA ULT 64B AND XP PRO 32 B

i updated the mobo bios fromi intel site with latest bios. I run it in vista bit the system failed to reboot.

What i have to do to reboot my system?

My 2 cents:

Try loading the failsafe defaults in your BIOS. Maybe the optimised defaults.

Yes try this if you can, but if you can't boot up at all; even into bios clear CMOS.
I don't mind helping but please mark your thread as solved once the problem is sorted. If you figure it out tell us how you did it, don't just abandon your thread!

On reset the comuter doesnt even reach the Bios setup

that was suppose to be done after the flash of the bios [set defaults],before the computer was let boot into windows!

Just goes to show, you don't get much for 2 cents these days

If you're not getting to the BIOS, a CMOS reset is your only easy option left, that I can see.
