• Enterprise level System and Network Administration: Administration and maintenance of Wintel 2003 based Domain controllers, Exchange 2003 Mail Server, Citrix and Jboss Application Server, MS SQL 2000 Database server, Nasserver, Voice System Server, Linux Squid Proxy server, Antivirus server, Sun Ultra 10 servers. Administration of Active Directory for the organization, Responsibilities include AD Design, monitoring, Sites, Replication, Subnets, DNS, DHCP, Schema, Trusts, WINS, and IT Security Policies etc. Network Monitoring-using tools, Backup management, keep all servers up-to-date using proper patch management, Online Technical support to the remote sites over voice and Internet. Network bandwidth monitoring using MRTG. Connectivity between office sites, Interacting with principles regarding IT Issues, Providing Business Continuity Plan with Disaster Recovery for cold site restoration of IT Assets. • Implementations: Implementation of Anti Spam, Symantec Antivirus corporate Edition and Firewall Security policies, Systems and Network Management using SNMP based solutions. Implementation of network resources like network printer, Copier, Fax, Xerox machines etc and setting up the User Access Control List (UACL) as per the ADS OU Structure among the group. Implementation of ERP Application for the group companies. Standardizing Client PC OS and Application Installation and developing Standard Build and roll out using RIS.
