I am looking for 2 great programmers to join my company, currently I am in the funding process but I will need a powerful team that can take this company to the next level. The idea behind the internet program that I am developing has never been done before and I believe it will be a HIT in the internet market. They will get a nice % of it also, so we will be partners, and they must be:
* trustworthy
* Aged +21
* Have some very good experience in internet application development (both or 1 of them)
* Web programming & some forum thing (both or 1 of them)
* and again VERY VERY VERY honest trustworthy people
* Passionate about technology
* Clearly smart
* programming is his/her hobby not just a job!
* And yes…. CREATIVE .
You don’t need to quit your job for now.

Problem is no one will like to work for free and wait for you to make a profit and pay a percentage of it.

I guess this is not for free... "...They will get a nice % of it also..." means that there will be some sort of compensation. Or am I wrong?
