Does anyone know a source code for calculating Zodiac Sign using a given DoB

here, i'll help you get started:

c Syntax (Toggle Plain Text) 
  1. if (month == 4 && day > 20 || month == 5 && day < 21)
  2.     strcpy(sign,"taurus");
  3. else if (month == 5 && day > 20 || month == 6 && day < 21)
  4.     strcpy(sign,"gemini");
  5. // ... etcetera ...

DOB? That and most PiHKAL's will land you a long prison sentence.
