The major problem with your site is that it is a professional site. But it lacks that professional look. Any first time visitor will get the wrong message just looking at your site.

Second thing is that you have created the site for a resolution wider than 1024 pixels. While nowadays the most common resolution is 1024.

Your site looks like it was made during the 90s. It's too plain, full of ads, and the use of Times New Roman fonts is too old school.

In reviewing your site, I noticed several things that may just be a personal opinion; but, you asked.
I am not a fan of placing Google ads in the middle of your page content, particularily when it is a text type of page. This is confusing and makes me loose confidence in your content. Possibly if you would, at least put a border around the Google ads it would set it apart.
I find that your page is somewhat difficult to understand, where to go and what to look at, although I am not familiar with immigration needs and interests. But, I would attempt to determine the major catagories, why people would be looking at your services and then use ruled lines, boxes, larger type and different colors to better organize your information.

Sincerely,

O'Codger

possibly you could take a 1-2-3 type of approach that would clarify how to initiate a relationship with your firm.

Your website design is not appealing to the visitors. If you know a bit of CSS then try and restyle the existing text yourself, if not, you do need to find a professional web designer to spruce it up for you. It seems too much information for one page. I also agree with "ocoder", google ads in the middle of your page will usually irritate any visitors (even yourself, regardless that you want people to click on them).
Your top menu is the root for all of your links, and it must be more visible than rest, and tell the story to the users.

I hope this helps a bit.
