if both computers are in the same domain, you can follow this instruction
first
start - run - type - cmd - enter type:ping ip address -t
ensure that the ping is successful
then
start-run-type: \\ip address\c$
with this you should be able to access the other computer's drive c and this give's you full access the person's doc.
