Problem: Flicking with Double Buffering on transparent control

Hi all,
I'm C# newbie, and I having problem with double buffering on transparent control - flicking when draw drag rectangle (see attached file). Can anyone help me?

I applied this technique into my program but it doesn't improve. Can you applied this technique into my program?

I have changed - a paint event code

Thanks for helping. I've tried your's modified code, but why transparent layer became black? I've review source code and discover that transparent layer's DoubleBuffered propperty is set to true. Is that reason?
