I have a Landisk ( network hard disk in a pod) which has both Ethernet and USB connections - it seems to work fine with the USB connection but the network can't see it if connected via the ethernet port - have tried changing cables and sockets on the router and to no avail.
Not very familiar with networking so have quickly come to the limit of my abilities - can anyone help please ?
Thanks,
Nick
