Sudden internet drop on bth my network's computers

I'm running a dell inspirion laptop and a dell xps desktop computer on the same network and when i woke up yesterday both of them were creeping along on the web. The few online games i play as well are having connection problems and lag, not fps lag though. If you want me to post anything please tell me how to in your reply.
