I just brought my computer (windows XP) from the office to use as my home computer.
I checked all cables and all appears fine.
No Internet.
I was on a network at one time at the office but recently was a one-man show so didn't need it anymore.
Thought I would be able to just plug in cable and start surfin'.
Do I need to do something with firewalls or what?
Thanks,
beejua

Have you set-up a LAN or other connection on the pc? Did you configure the router you use correctly? Point is, there are many things that can be wrong. To assist you better, you need to give as much info as possible.
I left my hotdog somewhere, If you find it, feed it please, or better feed yourself!!
