sudden massive decline in traffic

I am the webmaster of www.nibbleguru.com, since last 3 days my traffic is 25-30% of my original traffic. a sudden decline of 70% is what is worrying me. what could be the reasons for it? my PR seems same as before. i am not doing any SEO etc on my site or anything that search engines care of and penalize...

Are you sure that it isnt perhaps your competition that is getting in the way rather than what your? That is providing you haven't changed anything on your backend.
They may have increased their traffic on some kind of promotional drive and therefore reducing yours?
