Any reason to use the built-in calculator when there are so many other options? Here are just a couple of them:

Small, good, free: http://calcute.com
More advanced, shareware: http://orefa.com/addup/

What else do other members use here?

Hi, I faced this problem too. I wrote a post on my blog that gives atleast three alternatives ways of fixing the 'calculator and paint missing issue'. Please visit: http://bharathreddyt.wordpress.com/2...in-windows-xp/

This is one more reason to do at least one full backup. I was able to go to my backup and pull the calc.exe when mine went missing.
