You might have to tell FF where the port is.
Go into Tools/Options and check the settings.
What kind of connection do you have?
CHECK WHAT SETTINGS IM NEW TO COMPUTERS
COULD YOU GIVE ME A WALK THROUGH. I UNINSTALLED FIRE FOX SHOULD I REDOWNLOAD AND INSTALL IT B 4 I GET STARTED?
THANKS FOR YOUR KIND HELP
DAVE LYTLE./DADDYOFLA
I HAVE BUSINESS CABLE ISP FROM COMCAST.
SORRY FOR SHOUTING I DONT TYPE WELL.
Do you have IE? if so does it work?
To check settings in fire fox, at the top on the window click on Tools.
Scroll down and click on Options..., a new window should open.
In this new window click on Advanced at the top of the window then slightly down from there click on the Network tab. Then in the connections box click on the settings button.
A new window should open, tell us which radio button is selected and what it says.
Try the auto detect settings box.
To exit click okay if you made changes.
- Hope this helps.
