The userrep page was recoded.
The permalink for each post on the post number was removed because it linked to a page just containing that one post, and I felt that was very unuseful because people who ended up on the page never grasped anything in the context of the discussion. It also created duplicate content issues with Google.

That search option returns all of the posts with the "permalink" post URL that shows the entire threads content. Wouldn't something like that be acceptable? Then we could still have the handy permalink on the post #
