I need help - Opengl SDK

as you may know there is a directx90c SDK and have about 300 MB.

If somebody knows that there is a Opengl SDK just like the DirectX Sdk with examplex,exe ...... an more options

there is a directx sdk of about 2 - 3 megs (i think) which is just the source and libraries. Search for and download DirectX 8 For Dev C++ (smaller than sdk) and copy what you need. DevC++ also comes with OpenGL support so it might be a good idea to use that IDE
