Is there any JSP IDE which facilitate the development of webpages as in ASP.NET using Visual studio with minimal written code.

Have your tried Googling for your request ???
To name a few we have :-
NetBeans
Eclipse with the appropriate plugins
If you are a web designer even Dreamweaver would be a good option and if you are not satisfied with either of them you can always Google for more.
