The essential things you need to get your own site online are:

- A website building tool
- A domain name
- A web host

- Define an industry category
- Do your KW research

nice topic and suggestions... in my opinion i would say:
Firstly u require offcourse a website building tool and than the follwing steps:
keyword research
domain name and host...
content writing
webmaster account
analytic tool
