cant click the headings
so ignore the links
impression of bad Navigability (spelling?)

Fixed size text is not accessible, looks ridiculous on a hi def monitor 13px at .15 dot pitch is less than 2mm high and not resizeable.
Fixed size center column looks ridiculous on a 2160 wide screen, creates horizontal scroll bars on part screen windows. users do not scroll, they leave

Em font sizes: resizes to user definitions
% element sizes: resizes to screen resolution and window size

Commercial sites need a presence in the mobile pc world, blackberry iphone.
opened in a mobile browser, the site does not work well. It may be of value to get a redirect script from the php or asp forum, and develop a mobile specific subdomain. iconized images and text designed around 250*250 screens

the opening page is dominated by endless columns of tiny text, very daunting
subpages, or layers that open on click or mouseover, would allow the same information to be displayed, without such hi-density.
The online versions of newspapers, traditionally very text dense columnar layouts, are not.
