could not find a Direct 3D device that has a Direct3D 9 level driver and supports pixel shader 1.1 or greater

hi i keep getting this error when I try to run an xna game i created. My graphics card is Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller

As far as I can tell, the Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller does not support pixel shader 1.1 I am afraid.
