there is a bit of a problem...in how to disable the protection of my antiwirus.. you see.. my antivirus is Symantec Antivirus Server 10.1.6.6000 and it is not on the list of the link you gave me.. Could you tell me how to disable it...?

I'm not familiar with Symantec Antivirus Server but I will ask around. In the meantime right-click on the Symantec Antivirus Server icon in the system tray and see if you have 'Disable Auto-Protect' or something similar.

NOTE: If this program is protecting other computers on a network then make sure they are all offline before you disable it.

OK I've found how to disable auto-protect from my symantec antivirus..so i followed your instructions..and run the kaspersky online scan.. and here are the results..
by the way..i have a serious infection trouble..which maybe the kaspersky will show in it's log..i have posted that infection in this post --> http://www.daniweb.com/forums/thread109343.html


If you know anything about this infection please respond either to my thread above..or tell me if the kasperky log shows anything about this and what could i do to resolve this issue...That's my main issue at this time...

Download MsnCleaner_eng.zip but don't use it yet.
  • Now reboot into Safe Mode
  • Double-click MsnCleaner_eng.exe to run it.
  • Click the Analyze button.
  • A report will be created once after you finish scan.
  • If it finds an infection, click the Deleted button.
  • Now, please reboot back to normal mode.
  • Please post the contents of C:\MsnCleaner.txt in a reply to this post.

Delete your copy of ComboFix and download an updated version from any of the links below, and save it to your desktop.

First of all.. you didn't specify when i should run the combofix.exe so I am gonna ask you first if i did it at the right time..
I first created the CFScript.txt and dragged it on the Combofix.exe (both saved on my desktop)..And after that i run the combofix.exe..
Right??

Yes that was right, dropping CFScript onto ComboFix will run the tool using the script.

Delete the following Folder

Your Java is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system. Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update.

Updating Java:
  • Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u4.
  • Scroll down to where it says "The Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) allows end-users to run Java applications".
  • Click the "Download" button to the right.
  • In the pull down menu next to Platform select Windows
  • Check the box that says: "I agree to the Java SE Runtime Environment 6 License Agreement"
  • Click Continue
  • Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation and save to your desktop.
  • Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
  • Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
  • Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
  • Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
  • Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
  • Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
  • Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u4-windowsi586-p.exe to install the newest version.

  • Tick the box YES, I accept the Terms Of Use
  • Click the Start button
  • Now click the Install button
  • Click Start

    The scanner engine will initialise and update
  • Do Not tick the box Remove found threats
  • Click the Scan button

    The scan will now run, please be patient
  • When the scan finishes click the Details tab
  • Copy and paste the contents of the %ProgramFiles%\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt back here.

No MSNCleaner dealt with that infection, your friend should get cleaned up too. Are you still having issues?

Delete the following
