| Re: What is BRIDGE.DLL Ok, my problem is a little different. I had the coolweb hijacker on my system a while back and thought I got it wiped out, but this was there then too, so I'm not sure if it's related. I've got an entry in add/remove programs called "bridge" that won't remove. It's always there. Everything's been acting normal since I got rid of coolweb/bargain buddy, except that when I start up it will say "no internet connection found. work offline/try again?" Usually I click try again, the processor goes for a few seconds, then stops. This time I clicked try again, and walked away to do something. When I came back a casino (Golden Palace I think) app had been installed on my machine and I had a low on disk space warning. I closed it out and uninstalled it. But there was still "Jftjpkmg" running in the task manager. So I killed it. Is all this related to the bridge app? Here's my hijack this log. | Re: What is BRIDGE.DLL Please Download CWShredder from HERE and run the Program. Press the "Fix Button" Let it fix all variants. Next, Close the program and all windows and IE windows and run hijackthis and Post a Fresh log. Important: Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT. You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT. Unzip HijackThis into this folder. When you run HijackThis from this folder and have it "Fixed checked" it will create a backup file of modifications to use if restore is necessary. Please delete the old copy so it can't be used. After that do this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing. - R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.websearch.com/ie.aspx?tb_id=%tb_id - R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://search.shopnav.com/apps/epa/epa?cid=shnv9884&s= - R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://rd.yahoo.com/customize/ymsgr...rch/search.html - R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://search.shopnav.com/apps/epa/epa?cid=shnv9884&s= - R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://www.websearch.com/ie.aspx?tb_id=%tb_id - R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://rd.yahoo.com/customize/ymsgr...//www.yahoo.com - R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,SearchAssistant = http://www.websearch.com/ie.aspx?tb_id=%tb_id O2 - BHO: (no name) - {63B78BC1-A711-4D46-AD2F-C581AC420D41} - C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\WINTOOLS\BTIEIN.DLL O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D6DFF6D8-B94B-4720-B730-1C38C7065C3B} - C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\BTLINK\BTLINK.DLL O2 - BHO: (no name) - {14b3d246-6274-40b5-8d50-6c2ade2ab29b} - C:\PROGRAM FILES\SRNG\SNHELPER.DLL O2 - BHO: (no name) - {9C691A33-7DDA-4C2F-BE4C-C176083F35CF} - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\BRIDGE.DLL O2 - BHO: (no name) - {000006B1-19B5-414A-849F-2A3C64AE6939} - C:\WINDOWS\BI.DLL O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [systray] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\A.EXE O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RunDLL] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\BRIDGE.DLL",Load O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [srng] \Program Files\Srng\Srng.exe O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [msbb] c:\program files\180solutions\ncase\msbb514\msbb.exe O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BELT] C:\WINDOWS\BELT.exe and if you didn't add this fix it also .
