Hi- sorry for the delay; "real life" has been hectic latley.

I can't honestly tell if the biU.exe file is really still on your system, or, if it is, if it's going to present any problem. If you'd like a "second opinion" to AVG's findings, you can try the free online virus/spyware scanners plisted at the end of this post.

As far as Norton goes, it sounds like the infections did corrupt it (which is not uncommon). It should work properly if you reinstall it.
