Here's one you forgot

BOOT WINDOWS IN 10 SECONDS

1. Click on the start button
2. Press Windows + R
3. Type Regedit and press enter

this will open Registry Editor, now look for the key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex

4. Now click on it and there find the key called "Startup Delay", double click on it.
5. Now in the box marked Base click Decimal, now its default value is 480000
6. Change the value to 40000
7. Now close the Registry Editor and Restart Your Computer
You'll See The Result.

recently i have to face this damm problem when i try to open any folder it takes alot time n then computer freezes

for 30 to 50 second n then it opens ??? y its like that ???
but when i reboot computer in safe mod its working fine i mean folders quickly opened.

plz could u help me to solve this problem

It could be because of a lot of problems. But I suspect it has something to do ith low RAM and/or background programs.

Check out your task manager to see if you have any programs taking up too much of memory, like more than 15k bytes (Right click on taskbar>task manager>processes tab). If that is so, then thats the root of the problem. Your memory space is too low to handle requests.

Another reason could be corrupted hard disk, in which case, you have to do a complete revamp of your data to get it fixed properly.
