Help!!

Am I doing something wrong?

Neither Mozilla or Internet Explorer is working properly. I am connected to the internet but when I open the window the message that shows up says that Im not connected to the internet.

Please don't tell me reformatting is the last hope!

can you open and log in to any Chat program, AIM, Yahoo, MSN or or send and receive mail with Outlook or Microsoft outlook.
