Acer DVD Rom
 

Hello,

i am using Acer Travelmate 4230 and a few weeks back i had severe trojans in it. i have somehow cleaned the whole stuff and now it is squeaky clean.

the problem i am facing right now is that the orbicam on this Acer sometimes turns pink.. and i am not sure what triggers it.

the second problem i just realized today is that i am not able to burn DVDs on it.
i am pretty sure i was before it does burn the cds but fails to read DVDs to write. i have no clue what to do i tried looking on the web but no clue and i placed a complaint with the vendor as well..

if you could please help me out with this issue i would be really really grateful
