How to Install linux Red Hat 8

i've already XP intalled on C drive and now want to install linux on F drive that 's free and having 20 gb. but unable to do this. pls help me to install this on my pc.
here is the name of linux: PCQLinux 8.0 Based on Red Hat 8.0
