I’ve done a researched into forums and discussion sites related to bonsai tree gardening to make sure there is deep passions towards the topics presented. I came up with about 39 list of topics and the content was based on this list.

How has the site been promoted
I didn’t do much promotion to this site. Basically I relied on ping list, a few manual directory submission to related sites and I joined a web ring related to this niche. But nonetheless the traffic remained consistent and should be promoted heavily via article marketing and linking campaign to maximize the true earning potential of this site.

Traffic details
I’ve provided the screenshot of the traffic according to my Webalizer version 2.01. All traffic came from search engines. There is no paid traffic.

Backlinks
I’m using 2 tools to check the total number of backlinks, they are google sitemaps and link popularity tool. Google sitemap will reveal more backlinks than if you were to use the google “link:” operation

What more can be done
You may need to initiate more linking campaign to this site like article submission, web 2.0s, bookmarkings etc. The adsense ads should be optimized further by testing on higher upperfold instead of the current one.

Why am I selling this site
I hope to sell this site to the serious buyer, someone who either knows the niche well or have the strong marketing insight to maximize the true earning power of this blog. It’s been there since 2006, so the proper aged domain coupled with a PR of 2 should be helpful

Why you should buy this site
This is not a fresh ready made site. It’s been up live for close to 2 years. It’s well aged, a small size of links to start off, the topics are well researched, and great domain. In fact I could give you my original list of topics which were researched earlier.
