What if a do something like.... ?

Hi people...

I have a blog and i want to share it with others too. I mean , i think i can Allow others to be a writer on my blog ( with unique content they can write ) and to put a Adsense Sharing Plugin and The writers can earn money from their articles...

Its there any thing agains Google TOS and what do you think, can i be sucessful on this project ??

my blog somedays got 15K unique visits and some days 1K .... it depends on Articles Stumbled :)
