| Windows Installer Service Error Hey everyone. I am trying to install the Norton Anti-virus on my Mom's computer. When I do it, it says "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed." How do I fix this issue? Thanks guys. Any help is appreciated. |
