Hi ... I am a newbie and I've been exploring around this website for like over a month 'til I came and joined this site for help.

I've been having troubles with my computer and it's starting to tick me off because I have been trying and trying and trying to get rid of both of the DNS errors and 'about:blank'. Now, I am going to talk about both of the DNS errors and 'about:blank' -

I just got a new modem about a month or two ago and my speed of internet connection is 1.5 Mbps with a DSL-200 modem. Now, I have a Xanga and I wanted to put some music on my website. I've downloaded a lot of programs because I was dying to put some music on my website ... 'til I quit. So, I've removed all those music-editing programs and they were gone. These are the anti-spyware programs that I've got -

- Ad-aware SE Personal
- CWShredder
- HiJackThis
- SpywareBlaster
- Webroot Spy Sweeper
- APM - I have absolutely no idea of how to use this program. If you are suggesting me to use this program, please, be specific. Thanks.
- TweakNow RegCleaner

Now, this is the anti-virus program that I have in my computer -

- PC-cillin 2002

I have a Service Pack 2 in my computer and I just installed them this evening. About the DSN errors, I am unable to log on and submit replies on www.countingdown.com and that is the website that I've been going for about a year and a half. I couldn't live without that website and now, I can't log onto that website nor submit anything on threads and boards. I have a Internet Explorer 6.0, Mozilla and Mozilla Firefox. Usually, I use Mozilla Firefox the most and a friend of mine, who is a computer expert, suggested me to download Mozilla or Mozilla Firefox and I downloaded both of them. He said that both of them can prevent spywares and are better than IE. So, I am having DNS errors in all of IE, Mozilla and Mozilla Firefox. I ran all of those anti-spyware programs and I deleted a registry or more. I repeat, I am unable to log into that site and I haven't been on that site for about three days, and all of my friends are expecting me. So, can you please help me? When you talk about computers, can you please be more specific because I am just a newbie. Oh, it took about a minute or two for all of those browsers to load when I am on that site and ... IE's message was 'Cannot find server' and 'Page could not be found' or something, and both of Mozilla and Mozilla Firefox's message was 'The document contains no data'. I have been trying over and over again with all of those anti-spyware programs and none of them worked. I went to CMD and got the IP address, and it worked, but not for logging into that site or submiting any replies. Help me, please!

About the 'about:blank' problem, I have been having this stupid problem for about half a year and I tried all of those anti-spyware programs and I've mentioned in the list, including CWShredder. Every single day ... I have to scan the CWShredder, Ad-aware SE Personal and Webroot Spy Sweeper for spywares and I am sick and tired of removing it everyday with my CWShredder. Is there any other way of not removing it everyday, but once? I know that it doesn't effect my Mozilla and Mozilla Firefox, but I still use IE and I want to get rid of the 'about:blank' problem. Yesterday, I asked my mom to buy a new computer and I only use this computer of mine for like ... not more than five or six months. Can you help me? 'Cos I don't want to buy a new one. Now, I just used my Ad-aware SE Personal to scan for spywares and it found some. I saved the log and here it is -
