We are currently recruiting for a Search Engine Optimization Manager who would report to the Director of Search Engine Marketing

Job Summary
In this role the SEO Manager will be able to utlize his or her expertise in search engine marketing, including SEO campaigns for a major consumer-facing web site property in 15 languages. In addition, the SEO Manager uses market, statistical, and conversion analysis to determine the right SEM strategy and measure the success of campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate natural search traffic and rankings via optimization
Research and resolve internal and external link architecture; build quality link partners
Research and identify major search engines for 15 language markets search engines
Bring SEO ingenuity to the table via technology (blogs, wikis, directories, content, sub domains etc.)
Educate and provide guidance on SEO to the entire brand
Work with the analytics to deliver accurate SEO numbers on all SEO related campaigns
Proactively monitor search engine changes and document search engine algorithmic changes
Become an advocate of SEO within the brand
Identify and implement strategies for increasing traffic through organic search listings without creating the risk of sites being blacklisted
Build on understanding of how search engines and their spiders work by conducting research and reporting key developments and news
Create and maintain a development standards document/checklist to ensure efficient and accurate implementation of search optimization strategies
Continually monitor organic search rankings to maximize traffic and sales
Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign
Create and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly traffic and business reports for multiple online sites and promotions
Keyword research (including cataloging and indexing target keyword phrases) using industry standard and internal tools
Additional responsibilities as required

Requirements:
A BA/BS degree with minimum of 5 years experience in Online Marketing. An M.B.A. is preferred.
Minimum 3 years developing and implementing search engine optimization strategies to achieve goals; Interactive Agency experience preferred
2+ years experience with Web Analytics platforms and technology
Ability to work independently and synthesize large amounts of data while meeting deadlines
Demonstrated analytical capabilities including the ability to analyze and report on data
Demonstrated experience in quickly learning new technologies and complex processes
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
Ability to perform basic budget management and forecasting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
International content localization experience
