removing spam after it's been downloaded by the MTA beats the purpose of antispam.

I too fail to see how this can be done, especially without any configuration by the user and a 100% target rate......crystal ball source code perhaps!

Damn, my boss swore that he emailed through my promotion offer from a remote system at the weekend but i never got it....hehe! ;)
