Need help with LC3 Encryptor

I have the encrypting code for a ROT-13 simulator for the LC 3.

If anyone has any input or ideas, let me know, please. Thanks

Never mind. Found the solution. But I need to know if there is a set of code that can make the backspace button on the keyboard, actually backspace on the console, instead of adding another character.
