You mus tbe new to message boards. When you type in CAPS it means you are shouting.

The best advise is to visit amazon.com and pick up some books, and then as you run across problems, post them here and someone will help

Good advice again there Jerry, I fully recommend "head first c#" it is a very well written book and packed with problem solving techniques and walkthroughs. You also get to build a simple graphical game with what you have learnt (the code is not in the book-you have to build it!).
