when i open a window on my system, it closes

please can anyone tell me what i can do about my system. when ever i open a window it closes by itself. for example, when i open my run window and i want to go to command prompt the window just closes up.what can i do?

is it only command prompt?

if so that usually means command prompt is blocked, what are you tring to do? you may be able to write a batch script for it
