Hi i've just joined the community...........

i have a desktop at hoem and a laptop

laptop is currently dead and i'm sure its something to do with the updates i installed or tried to!!

i like to tinkle with the comps but probably shouldnt and will no doubt be asking for help on occassions!!!!

what kind of laptop,,, what OS,,, what updates,, did you try to update the BIOS??

What is the exact problem, does your laptop not turn on or will it not boot ?
