stolen email

I had an email that did not go to intended persons email address and was opened up. This was sent thru gmail using tracking email (which is how I know). This shows the persons IP address. Is there anyway to retrieve this email?

Laurie,

If you're trying to delete the message from the other person's email, this is illegal. Although possible, illegal.

If you need a copy of that message becuase you have lost it, go to your 'sent' mail folder and browse for it.
