We are a web based startup company looking to launch our alpha version next month. We are looking for highly talented Java Spring and Hibernate programmers who have the passion to work for a startup. This position is for the first employee of the company. Job Requirements
We are seeking junior/mid/senior level developers to be part of an exciting startup company with experience in participating in the entire life cycle of a web application project including requirement gathering/analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance.
The candidate must have technical ability in web design concepts and object oriented programming. Must be a team member and be able to work closely with other members of the development team.

General Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
• 3 to 5 + years of ecommerce web development experience, primarily with J2EE.
• Must have strong database design experience.
• Must have excellent communication and written skills.
• Demonstrate aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Passionate "Do whatever it takes" attitude.
• Goal oriented and deadline oriented.
• Experience and/or desire to work in a startup environment

Required Skill Set
• Java, J2EE
• Solid experience in developing ecommerce web applications using Spring Framework 2.5 – Annotations Approach
• Understanding of Object Relational Mapping concepts with implementation experience using Hibernate 3.x
• Hands on experience in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience building rich internet applications with AJAX
• Use of Eclipse IDE as development tool
• Experience in configuring and deploying applications on JBoss/Tomcat application server.
• MySql database
• Maven – build tool for Java project
• Experience in using Tiles templating framework
• JUnit for unit testing
• Use of version control system like SVN

Desirable Skill Set
• Experience in developing SMS and mobile applications.
• Experience in implementing credit card processing.
• Knowledge of Java Web Services
• XML
• JMS
