| Connecting LAN to other 4 LAN Hi all, I would like to route informations from a LAN to 4 other LANs. Can you suggest me what is the best solution to do this. All routers I ve found are connecting LAN to WAN. Thank you |

| Re: Connecting LAN to other 4 LAN Yes, if you are connecting multiple LANs to make one large LAN, a switch will do the job. If the LANs are all seperate entities (i.e. different subnets) and you are looking to route data between the LANs, you can use any router. A router is used to connect multiple networks. 2 LANs can be connected via a router. One LAN goes in the LAN port of the router, the other LAN goes into the WAN port of the router. |
