Monitor Speakers

I have a Sceptre monitor with built in speakers. I have never gotten them to work. Any ideas?

the monitor should ahve audio cable that would need to be attached to the audio jack on the PC. I dont think with out the audio cable you would be able to get them to work as the other cable is for video only.

If the cable is not there with the monitor then all you need is to buy a cable with universal audio lead to go into the pc audio output and depending on what kind of slot you have on the back panel of you monitor to connect the cable, it could be a universal slot as well. Would not be that costly either. Couple of quids oughtta do it. Good luck
