Toshiba Dynabook Satellite 1860
 

I have toshiba dynabook satellite 1860. After I install windows xp professional SP2, I try to install driver VGA, did not finish, hang. I shut down the laptop. When I try to power on again, it's on for 1-2 second only and then off, but the power led is blink amber. I try to disamble harddisk, cdrom, and another card except RAM, and then I try to power on. But the same result. I try to change RAM, switch another slot, but the same result. Anyone can help me to solve the problem. Thanks a lot.
